Product availability
The availability of stock is considered to be correct at the time however unforeseen
circumstances occasionally arise in which case we will contact you and provide
a solution.

The product image and any accesories included in the image are for illustrative purposes only.
Order processing
Products sold on our website
are sold on the basis of our fitting your purchase. Once you have completed the
Checkout process you will receive an order confirmation and we will contact you
to set an appointment for fitment, which may be on the date of purchase. Title
and Risk in the goods or service will pass to you on completion of fitment or upon delivery to your nominated address.
Payment
All transactions will
be processed in South African Rand (ZAR). You must not make any purchase
through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to accept our terms and
conditions. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase
through this website.
Part payment
Any part payment or deposit made onine is to secure the stock for your order. Your stock will be held in the fitment center pending your arrival for fitment. Failure to take receipt of your purchased items within 30 days may result in the order being cancelled, in which instance we will credit your account or refund your deposit less costs incurred. Should you cancel your order after paying a deposit we will credit your account or refund your deposit less any costs incurred.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through DPO Paygate. All transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate DPO Paygate to obtain confidential information.

Refunds and Returns
Policy
If you are not
satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us and we will
either repair/replace it, or credit your account, provided it is;
· undamaged,
un-altered, unused and un-fitted, with the original labels and stickers still
attached;
· not missing any
accessories or parts;
return within 7 days
of purchase, whereafter you may only return a product which is deemed to be
defective.
Use of Site
You may only use this
site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases. You shall not use this
site for any other purposes.
Standard Warranty
All products sold on
this Website carry the standard warranty of the respective manufacturer’s. TyresEtc
(Pty) Ltd do not warrant any of the products.

site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind either expressed or
implied. The owner of this site, the authors of these contents and in general
anybody connected to this site in any way, assume no responsibility for errors
or omissions in these contents.
